Through efforts such as the American Lung Association's LUNG FORCE initiative which unites women and their loved ones across the country to stand together against lung cancer — the #1 cancer killer of women and men in the U.S. — we can raise critical awareness about lung cancer and turn the tide against this disease.
Lung Cancer causes more deaths each year than prostate, breast, colon, and ovarian cancers together.
It is the most common form of cancer found in men, and the fifth most common for women.
