Las víctimas fueron un hombre de 86 años y una mujer de 67 que fallecieron en un hospital de San Antonio.

El alcalde de Eagle Pass, Luis Sifuentes, y el juez del condado David Saucedo llevaron a cabo una sesión informativa el viernes 2 de octubre, en la que informaron las muertes y 16 nuevos casos positivos de Covid-19.

Ha habido 3.802 infecciones con 3.372 que se han recuperado.

Actualmente hay 303 casos activos y 125 personas que están pendientes de resultados de Covid-19.

Las autoridades han examinado a 19.563 personas, y 15.707 dieron negativo.

19 personas están hospitalizadas, 3 de ellas con ventiladores.

Covid-19 deaths grow by 2 over the weekend

Public officials confirmed that two other people had died from Covid-19, taking our total to 128.

The victims were an 86-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman who died in a hospital in San Antonio.

Eagle Pass Mayor Luis Sifuentes and County Judge David Saucedo held a briefing on Friday, October 2nd, in which they reported the deaths and 16 new positive Covid-19 cases.

There have been 3,802 infections with 3,372 that have recovered.

Currently there are 303 active cases and 125 people that are pending Covid-19 results.

Officials have tested 19,563 people, with 15,707 coming back negative. 

19 people are hospitalized, with 3 on ventilators.
