Los funcionarios escolares también han establecido un sistema de entrega de alimentos para garantizar que los estudiantes reciban una comida nutritiva.

EPISD hold first day of Safe 2 Learn School Year
The Eagle Pass Independent School District and students began their first day of classes for the 2020/2021 school year on Monday, August 31st mostly through remote access.
In many schools across the community you could hear teachers addressing students, not in person but online. The school hallways empty, with only few schools having students participating in person.
Approximately 1,150 students are participating in person. Covid-19 has changed our way of life and the honest truth we are only in the beginning of learning how to deal and live with it.
For now, the majority of EPISD students are going to be attending classes remotely as part of the EPISD Safe 2 Learn Program.
School Officials have also set up a food delivery system to assure that students receive a nutritional meal. Remote classes are expected to go up to 8 weeks.
