La mujer estaba inconsciente en ese momento y los paramédicos la atendieron y la transportaron a la sala de emergencias del hospital.

Este incidente está bajo investigación y los funcionarios buscarán hablar con la joven.

Young woman hurt after jumping out of moving vehícle

The Maverick County Sheriff's Department reported that a 19-year-old woman suffered numerous injuries after she jumped out of a moving vehicle.

Sheriff reports show that the incident occurred on Tuesday in an area along Loop 480 where deputies and paramedics responded to.

Deputies made contact with a male subject who stated that while driving through the area an argument began and his wife suddenly opened the car door and jumped out.

The female was unconscious at the time and paramedics triaged her and transported her to the Emergency Room.

This incident is under investigation and officials will seek to speak to the young woman.
