El Sr. Barrera dijo que se suponía que esas facturas se enviarían desde la semana pasada, pero se perdieron en algún lugar de la oficina de correos. Eagle Pass Water Works System comenzó a recibir llamadas de clientes para aclarar el problema.
EPWWS se ha puesto en contacto con USPS para intentar solucionar el problema.

EPWWS announces USPS misplaced thousands of water bills
Eagle Pass Waterworks General Manager Jorge Barrera is advising the community in Route 4 which consists of Loma Bonita, Carthage Place, Heritage Place, Mall Area, Industrial Park Area, and Eidson Rd.
Area that their monthly water bill were misplaced at the United States Postal Services Office.
Mr. Barrera stated that those bills were supposed to be sent out since last week but were lost somewhere at the Post Office.
The Eagle Pass Waterworks System started receiving calls from customers to clarify the issue.
EPWWS has been in contact with the USPS to try to rectify the problem.
