El juez del condado de Maverick, David Saucedo, y el alcalde de Eagle Pass, Luis Sifuentes, informaron que 4 personas que fallecieron la semana pasada ahora se han agregado a la creciente lista de víctimas del virus Covid-19, que ahora es de 58 con aproximadamente 2,569 infectados.

El alcalde Sifuentes agregó que 1.668 personas se han recuperado y 843 son casos activos.

Hasta el momento, se han realizado 12,636 pruebas en aproximadamente el 21,6 por ciento de toda la población de la Comunidad.

9,840 de ellos han vuelto negativos.

Hay 43 personas que están hospitalizadas en los Centros Médicos Regionales de Fort Duncan con 4 ventiladores.

Maverick County reports another 4 more Covid 19 related deaths

Sadly, the number of deaths related to Covid-19 in Maverick County continues to rise.

Maverick County Judge David Saucedo and Eagle Pass Mayor Luis Sifuentes reported that 4 people that had passed away last week have now been added to the growing list of Covid-19 Virus victims which now stands at 58, with approximately 2,569 infected.

Mayor Sifuentes added that 1,668 people have recovered and 843 are active cases.

So far there have been 12,636 tests conducted on about 21.6 percent of the entire Community population.

9,840 of those have come back negative.

There are 43 people that are hospitalized at the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Centers with 4 on ventilators.
