The Maverick County Sheriff's Department arrested a male subject on two criminal charges after a disturbance was reported.
Sheriff deputies responded to Progreso Street in the Loma Bonita sector of the community where they made contact with an individual who has been threatening another with a weapon believed to be a pellet gun.
The individual was arrested and was also found in possession of Methamphetamine.
The subject was identified as Juan Vaquera and will be charged with aggravated assault with a weapon and drug possession.
