CC Winn Football Coach tests positive for COVID 19

Eagle Pass ISD Superintendent Samuel Mijares confirmed Sunday evening that a Football Coach from C.C. Winn High School tested positive for COVID-19. Superintendent Mijares also stated that all other coaches from C.C. Winn had been tested and that scheduled football conditioning training that was supposed to start on Monday would be postponed.

The training sessions will be rescheduled. Back on May 19th, Superintendent Mijares announced that a female EPISD Cafeteria worker tested positive for the COVID-19 Virus.

The individual has been working at the Rosita Valley Elementary cafeteria COVID-19 Lunch for Students Response program.
