El sorteo será entre los estudiantes de secundaria que califican debido a su historial de asistencia.

Eagle Pass Independent School District Superintendent Samuel Mijares reported that the District will be raffling away two vehicles at the end of next semester as part of an attendance initiative. The vehicles will be given away at the Eagle Pass High and CC Winn High Schools.

The giveaway will be among high school students who qualify because of their attendance record.

Superintendent Mijares added that the purpose of the giveaway is to continue promoting attendance among EPISD students. He also stated that the District will also be handling all registration fees in order to assist the winners.

The estimated value of the vehicles will be approximately between $20,000 to $25,000.

The EPISD currently has several incentive giveaways throughout the year, where students who excel in their class are eligible.
