Gutierrez, who is from San Antonio, Texas was arrested by Eagle Pass police at International Bridge Two, when he attempted to cross a stolen truck into Mexico through Piedras Negras.
Gutierrez was driving a 2019 white Ford F150 truck which had been reported stolen in Houston when he was arrested at the Eagle Pass Port of Entry.
Gutierrez was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center and can recover his freedom under the $12,500 bond.
