Undocumented immigrant reports sexual assault
An undocumented woman who was arrested by the United States Border Patrol in Eagle Pass reported that she was sexually assaulted in an unpopulated area.
Maverick County Sheriff, Tom Schmerber reported that Sheriff Deputies were summoned to the Border Patrol Station located on El Indio Highway on Saturday.
According to the report, the migrant woman said she was sexually assaulted.
Maverick County Sheriff Department detectives are investigating the allegations and SANE examinations will be conducted.
