Born in Robstown, Texas, Ignacio is survived by his loving wife Maria Trinidad Vasquez, his son Ignacio Banda Jr., daughter-in-law Maria De Jesus Banda, Granddaughters Brenda Banda and Denise Sollock, grandsons Ignacio Banda III, Isaac Banda, great-grandson Jacob Rodriguez, great-granddaughter Madison Sollock, brother Elias Banda, and his sister Anastacia Banda.

ELENA S. ROSALES, Went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 11, 2014 at the age of 80. Elena was a wonderful lady with a beautiful sense of humor. She was loved by many. She worked for many years in the Cafeterias for the Independent School District. She was mar- ried to Rodolfo Rudy Rosales in 1950 and had three children. Left to Cherish her memory is her husband: Rodolfo “Rudy” Rosales; Brother: Johnny Santoya; Sisters: Carmen Rincon and Janie Caballero. Also survive her are 4 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her daughter: Elsa Frausto; 2 sons: Roberto Javier Rosales and Pedro Rosales. Visitation was held on Monday, July 14, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Pallbearers: Rudy Herrera, Robert Rosales, Beto Ramon, Santos Gomez, Ruben Martinez and a grandson. Julio Cesar De La Garza Rosales, born on October 23, 1967, went with the Lord on July 2, 2014 at the age of 46 in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Born in Mexico, Julio Cesar’s viewing took place on Wednesday, July 3, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Service was held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Another viewing took place on Thursday, July 4, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by his service at Sacred Heart Church at 2 p.m. He was laid to rest at the Municipal Cemetery of Piedras Negras.

ENRIQUE F. “RICK” CASALES, of Eagle Pass, Texas passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 67. He was born on July 14, 1946 in Eagle Pass to Jose and Amor (Ferrer) Casales, Sr. He married his High School sweetheart, Estela Cruz in Eagle Pass on June 14, 1969. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Estela C. Casales of Uvalde, two daughters: Laura I. Casales-Blue and husband Donald of Austin and Martha C. Casales of Uvalde, Son: Enrique Casales, Jr. and wife, Zina Z. Casales of Crystal City; Sister: Maria Elena Salerno of San Antonio; four grandchildren Ernest E. Casales, Anthony A. Alvarado, Jr., Marcos A. Alvarado, Zoey Ann Casales, numerous nieces and nephews.

Jose Mario Briones, born on February 4, 1967, went with the Lord on June 2, 2014 at the age of 47.
Born in Eagle Pass, Jose is survived by his sons Jimmy Briones, Jose Mario Briones, Juan Antonio Briones, and is daughter Juanita Briones. Jose is also survived by his parents Juan Miguel and Eufemia Briones, brothers Juan Miguel Briones and Marcos Fidencio Briones, as well as his sister Adriana Perez.
Jose’s viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Rosary will be held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Chapel’s Chapel A. Another viewing will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by his service as 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. He will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery in Eagle Pass. Arrangements will be made under the direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels.
