Distracted driving is a dangerous issue that is often caused by various things including texting while driving or any use of a communication device, driving while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics including prescribed medications.

Marco Antonio Gloria who is being accused of sexual assault against a minor has been magistrated and formally charged.
 Gloria’s bail was set at $180,000 or $60,000 per each charge he is facing.

Another incident with a firearm has been reported by the Eagle Pass Police Department. The report indicates that police officers and investigators responded to a residence within the 500 block of King David on Wednesday april 4,2018 at approximately 11 am in regards to an on-going investigation.
