Maricela Morales

1960-2017



Maricela has entered eternal rest on December 8, 2017 at the age of 57. She was born in Mexico on September 8, 1960 to Oscvaldo Morales and Maria Luis Zapata. Maricela was survived by her mother,

father, brothers and sister, daughters, and sons. Maria Luis Morales, Osvaldo Morales, Mayra Alejandra Castillo, Luis Gerardo Castillo,Magalie Nycole Castillo, Heriberto Morales, Lucy Rodriguez,Sergio Morales, Osvaldo Morales, Gerardo Morales. Visitation service was held on December 10, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Chapels. A funeral mass was held on October 11, 2017 at Sacred Heart Church.  Interment followed at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time we like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Morales Family.

 

Amparo Maldonado

1954-2017

 

Amparo (Polly) Maldonado has gone with the Lord on December 6, 2017 at the age of 63, while she was surrounded by her loved ones. Amparo was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming on July 17, 1954. She was a resident of Eagle Pass, Texas. She was retired from the Texas Department of Health and Human Services Commission, when she dedicated more than 25 years to serving Maverick and surrounding counties. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Antonio Maldonado and Aurora Benavides Maldonado, and brother Armin Maldonado. She is survived by her brothers and sisters; Antonio C. Maldonado of Green River, WY, Armando (Barbara) Maldonado of Colorado Springs, CO, Arturo Maldonado of Cheyenne WY, Sonia M. Arambula, Glenda Gonzalez and Elia Maldonado of Eagle Pass, TX. Nieces Jennifer Talamantes, Magali Gonzalez, nephew Eliu Maldonado and a lot of other nieces and nephew from out of town. Dios nos dio la dicha de gozar de un gran tesoro llamada Madre. Hoy, en su viaje, con el eterno. No deja ningún vacio en nuestros corazones. Porque un madre como ella., lleno aun el más pequeño rincón de nuestras vidas. Te vamos a extrañar tesoro. Tu trabajo y dedicación no fue en vano, Madre amorosa, esposa fiel, y abuela consentidora. Hoy te has ganado un pedacito de cielo, y en el hueco de su mano vas a reposar. Te vamos a extrañar tesoro. Sobreviven Esposos, hijos, hijas e hijas políticas. 16 nietos, 16 bisnietos, hermanos, hermanas, y sobrinos. Servicios de velación fueron llevados el día 6 de Diciembre en Memorial Funeral Chapel. Un servicio religioso se llevo a cabo el día 7 de Diciembre en La Capilla A de Memorial Funeral Chapel. Seguido por el servicio funeral se llevo a cabo en el Cementerio Nuestra Señora De Refugio. Atentamente Memorial Funeral Chapel. En estos momentos queremos agradecer a todos los presentes en el Servicio funeral. Y darle nuestro más sentido pésame a la Familia Patino.


 

Teresita Salinas Cardenas

1935-2017

 

 

Teresita Cardenas Salinas has entered eternal rest on December 1, 2017 at the age of 82. She was born in Mexico to Epitacio Salinas and Maria Martinez on September 9, 1935. Teresita was survived by her husband, son’s, and daughter’s Manuel Cardenas, Blas Cardenas, Luis Reyes Cardenas, Maria Teresa Cardenas, Manuel Cardenas Jr, and Rodolfo Cardenas and, her 14 grandchildren. A visitation was held on December 3, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Chapels. A funeral mass was held on December 4, 2017 at St Joseph Catholic Church. Internment followed at Maverick County Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the care of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Cardenas Family.

 

 

Juan A. Garcia

1936-2017

 

Juan A. Garcia, 81 of Eagle Pass, Texas died at 10:00 PM Saturday, December 2 , 2017 at Fort Duncan Hospital in Eagle Pass. He was born July 27, 1936 in Zaragoza, Coahuila Mexico the son of Ignacio and Francisco Almanza Garcia. He married Carmel “Carmen” Lopez in June 19, 1965. She preceded him in death on April 12, 2002. Juan is serviced by his son, John Henry (Julie) Garcia of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren, Jeremy ( Fiance Samantha Valadez) Garcia, Alexis Garcia and Sienna Garcia all of Houston, Texas; one great granddaughter, Savannah Garcia; one brother, Ignacia (Antonia) Garcia of Eagle Pass; sister-in-law, Francisco Ortiz de Garcia of Eagle Pass; three sisters, Dora Soliz of Fort Worth, Texas, Berta (Lazaro Valdez) Garcia de Valadez of Zaragoza, Coahuila, Mexico and Rita Garcia de Luna of Eagle Pass. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, one brother, Rolando Garcia and two sons-in-laws, Isidro Soliz and Daniel de Luna. Juan worked in railroad maintenance for Burlington Northern Santa Fe for over 25 years. He was a member of the Brotherhood Maintenances of Way workers. He was a member of the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.


 

Maria E Gaona

1952-2017

 

Maria E. Gaona entered eternal rest on December 4, 2017 at the age of 65. She was born in La Madrid, Coahuila, Mex to Jesus Flores and Elicena  Olveda  on October 25, 1952. Maria was survived by her husband Miguel Gaona and her Son and daughters Miguel Angel Gaona, Patricia Mendoza, and Evelyn De Hoyos, and her 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren. A visitation was held on December 5, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Chapels. A funeral mass was held on December 6,2017 at Sacred Heart Church internment followed at Our Lady Of Refuge Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the care of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time we would like to thank, everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Gaona Family.
