 Raul Ibarra Zuñiga

1950-2016

 

Raul Ibarra Zuñiga, went to be with the Lord on May 12, 2016, in Eagle Pass, Texas. He was born January 10, 1950, in Jimenez, Coahuila, to Lucas Ibarra and Trinidad Zuñiga. Raul is survived by his wife, Aurora; his daughters, Imelda and Janette; and his grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Ramon and Fermin and his sister, Eleodoro. Funeral services and interment for Raul took place on May 14, 2016, in Jimenez, Coahuila. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels and Funerales Socorro. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Ibarra family.

 

Mariana Garza de Garza

1953-2016

 

Mariana Garza de Garza entered into eternal rest on May 13, 2016, in Eagle Pass, at the age of 62. She was born August 7, 1953, in Piedras Negras, Coahuila. She is preceded in death by her mother, Blanca Alicia Garza Rubio, and her husband, Alberto Garza. Mariana is survived by her son, Miguel Martinez and her daughters, Claudia Neira and Jessica Compean. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Garza family.

 

Maria del Socorro Gaytan Alcantar

1942-2016

 

Maria del Socorro Gaytan Alcantar went to be with the Lord on May 17, 2016, in Eagle Pass, Texas. She was born in Rio Bravo, Coahuila, on July 23, 1942, to Patricio Gaytan Sanchez and Maria del Refugio Alcantar Dominguez. She is predeceased by her husband, Sabas Serrato Gloria and her son Miguel Angel Serrato Gaytan. Maria del Socorro is survived by her son, Humberto Patricio Serrato Gaytan; his daughters, Sandra Guadalupe Serrato de Guevara, Nora Magdalena Serrato and Liliana Serrato; nineteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Humberto and Jaime; and her sisters, Melivia, Cruz and Hilda. Visitation was held on May 19 at Memorial Funeral Chapel. Funeral services and interment took place in Zaragoza, Coahuila. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapel. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Serrato Gaytan family.

 

Rodolfo Bryand

1941-2016

 

Rodolfo Bryand went to be with the Lord on May 21, 2016, in Eagle Pass, at the age of 74. He was born on August 8, 1941, in Laredo, TX to Perciliano Bryand and Guadalupe Saucedo. Rodolfo is survived by his sons: Rodolfo (Melody) Bryand, Jr. and Everardo (Rebecca) Bryand; and his daughters: Araceli Bryand, Evelyn Bryand and Adriana (Richard) Bryand Gallardo. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Bryand family.

 

Gregoria V. Mendoza

1920-2016

 

Gregoria V. Mendoza entered into eternal rest May 22, 2016, in Eagle Pass at the age of 96. She was born on March 12, 1920, in Lockhart, Texas, to Jesus and Manuela Vasquez. Visitation for Gregoria was held on May 23 and 24, 2016, at Funerales Socorro in Piedras Negras. A funeral mass was held on May 24, 2016, at Iglesia San Martin de Porras. Interment followed at the Panteon Municipal in Piedras Negras. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels and Funerales Socorro. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Mendoza family.

 

Rosa Elia Raquel Ramon

1945-2016

 

Rosa Elia Raquel Ramon, born on February 19, 1945, went to be with the Lord on May 26, 2016, at the age of 71 in San Antonio, Texas. Born in Eagle Pass, Raquel was the daughter of the late Daniel and Leonor Lopez. Raquel is preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Nolberto M. Ramon and her great-grandson, Jonathan. She is survived by her daughters Sylvia (Jose Luis) Rodriguez and Evangelina Ramon (Abel Fuentes); sons Joseph (Helen) Ramon and Stephen (Santa) Ramon; twelve grandchildren: Jose Luis II, Yesenia, Martiza, Daniel, Corina, Priscilla, Juan Jesus, Stephen Jr., Stephanie, Sebastian, Amanda and Pedro; and 2 great-grandchildren: Matthew and Dominique. She is also survived by her sisters Angela Iracheta, Dolores Rodriguez, Norma Aguilera and Leonor Garcia. Visitation for Raquel was held on Friday, May 27, and on Saturday, May 28, at Memorial Funeral Chapel. A funeral mass was held on May 28, 2016, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Interment followed at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels. At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Ramon family.
