Mello of Eagle Pass; Sons: Daniel Mello and Robert Mello; Daughters: Sandra Mello Lopez and Sonya Mello; Brothers: Charlie Mello and Mario Isais; Sisters: Sussy Isais Mason, Margie Ibarra and Guadalupe Isais. Oscar was also survived by 6 grandchildren. Visitation was held Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held today, Thursday, January 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Refugio Catholic Cemetery.
