Armandina Chavarria Salinas, born on November 23, 1924, went with the Lord on August 17, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 89.
Born in Mexico, Armandina is survived by sons Jose Graciano Salinas, Cesar Roberto Salinas, Mario Guadalupe Salinas; daughters Maria Del Socorro Salinas, and Angelina Salinas de Cobos. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren.
Armandina’s viewing took place on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Rosary was held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Chapel’s Chapel A. Another viewing was held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., followed by her final service at Our Lady of Refuge Church at 10 a.m. She was laid to rest at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery in Eagle Pass, Texas. Arrangements were made under the great care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels and Valdez and Sons.

Rafael Sandoval
1928-2014
Rafael Sandoval, born September 25, 1928, went with the Lord on August 21, 2014 at the age of 85 in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Born in Texas, Rafael is survived by his loving wife Bernardita Hernandez, his sons Rafael Sandoval Jr., Manuel Sandoval, Gilberto Sandoval, Cruz Victor Sandoval, Jesse Sandoval, Edward Michael Sandoval, and daughters Linda Herrera, Juanita Celia Guerra, and mary Helen Mendoza. He is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
Rafael will be remembered for his great love for his family and his children. Throughout his life, Rafael was known to cherish the peace he found with those closest to him. He believed that the union of family was the most important thing in life, and held his belief intact until his final days.
Rafael’s viewing took place on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Rosaryw as held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Another viewing took place on Saturday, August 23 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., followed by his final service at Sacred Heart Church at 10 a.m. He was laid to rest at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery in Eagle Pass, Texas. Arrangements were made under the great care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels.
