Born in Mexico, Dolores is survived by her loyal husband Juan Lauro Tamez, her sons Jose Luis, Hector, Juan Lauro, and Gilberto Tamez, and her daughter Laura Leticia Tamez. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Dolores will be remembered for the strong, determined woman she was. Throughout her life, Dolores was known as a tenacious woman who was always there for her family. She was known to be an impressive cook who enjoyed gathering and feasting with those she loved.
Viewing for Dolores took place on Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Services were held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Another viewing took place on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., followed by her final service at Our Lady of Refuge Church at 2 p.m. She was laid to rest at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery. Arrangements were made under the great care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels.

Cruz Sanchez
1925-2014
Cruz Sanchez, born on August 4, 1925, went with the Lord on July 20, 2014 at the age of 88 in Eagle Pass, Texas.
Born in Sabinal, Texas, Cruz is survived by his loving wife Socorro Sanchez, his son Jose Manuel Sanchez, and his daughters Juanita Nestors, Susie Puentes, Nuri Kennerlin, Gloria Martinez, and Isamari Sanchez.
Cruz Sanchez will be remembered for his enthusiastic demeanor and his hard-working ethic. Throughout his life, he was known to be a strong, determined hard-worker who made sure to excel in every aspect of his life. Those closest to him will remember how strong and passionate he was, and how much love he had for his family.
Viewing for Cruz took place on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. His service took place on the say day at 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Funeral Chapels Chapel A. Arrangements were made under the care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels and Valdez & Sons.

Zapopan A. Zambrano
1929-2014
Zapopan A. Zambrano, born on May 12, 1929, went with the Lord on July 21, 2014 in Eagle Pass, Texas at the age of 85.
Born in Mexico, Zapopan is survived by her loyal spouse Raul Zambrano, her sons Miguel Jose Luis, and Raul Zambrano, and her daughters Maria Victoria Zambrano, Maria Del Refugio Zambrano, Irma Guadalupe Zambrano, and San Juana Zambrano. Zapopan is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren, sixty-two great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
Zapopan will be remembered for being a faithful, devoted woman known to give her life for her family and God. She loved to spend her free time working on her crafts, a field in which she was quite distinguished. Those closest to her will remember her high-spirit and her endless devotion to her family and God.

Arrangements were made under the great care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels.
