Luis Escobedo

1928-2014

Luis Escobedo, born on March 3, 1928, went with the Lord on July 2, 2014 at the age of 86 in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Born in San Elisario, Texas, Lucio Escobedo is survived by his loving wife Esperanza Puente, his sons Samuel, Ruben, Eufrano, Luis, and Victor Escobedo, his daughters Hortencia Escobedo, Susana Escobedo, Maura Rocha, Graciela Escobedo, Lucia Escobedo, Ruth Escobedo, as well as thirty-two grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.

Luis’ viewing took place on Thursday, July 3, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Service was held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Another viewing took place on Fruday, July 4, 2014 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., followed by his service at 3 p.m. He was laid to rest at the Santo Cristo Cemetery in Piedras Negras, Coahuila.

At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers for the Escobedo family, as well as for everyone close to Luis.

Luis Escobedo will be dearly missed by our community.

Dayan Marcelo Valle

1982-2014

Dayan Marcelo Valle, born on August 3, 1982, went with the Lord on July 8, 2014 at the age of 31 in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Born in Habana, Cuba, Dayan is survived by her loving spouse Rubi Idalaia Bass and her son Dayan Xavier Marcelo Peña.

Dayan’s viewing took place on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. Service was held on the same day at 7:30 p.m. Another viewing took place on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by his service at Memorial Funeral Chapels’ Chapel A. Arrangements were made under the great care and direction of Memorial Funeral Chapels and Funerales Socorro.

At this time, we would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support for the Marcelo and Valle families, as well as for everyone close to Dayan.

Dayan Marcelo Valle will be dearly missed.
