CARLOS DE LOS SANTOS RIOS, 81 ended his suffering to go to our Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, May 3, 2014. Carlos was born November 4, 1932 in Guerrero Coahuila, Mexico to Antonio and Rosa Rios. Carlos will be missed for his talent as a music promoter. Music was his life. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Irene Rios, Sons: Carlos Rios Jr. and David Rios of Chicago; Daughters: Leticia Acosta, Sylvia Rios both from Chicago and Sandra DeLeon from San Antonio; Brother: Antonio Rios of Eagle Pass; Sisters: Alma Martinez, Maria Martinez, Socorro Rios all of San Antonio, Esperanza Salinas and Gloria Trevino of Eagle Pass. Also survive him are 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Refuge Catholic Church.
